Instructor Bio

Taking pragmatic approach towards transformation at organizations, he often mixes his agile expertise with a common sense approach while making it visual with illustrations and drawing so that it creates lasting impact.
Nimesh is an ICAgile authorized instructor with ICP-BAF himself. He is also a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC/CSC) from Scrum Alliance and has helped various organizations as well as individuals on their transformation journey.

Exam information
There is no exam for ICP-BAF. Completing this workshop, and accepting the license agreement designates you as an ICP-BAF agile coach.
Once you complete this workshop, we will register your attendance with the ICAgile portal, after which you will receive an email with your certification.

You can claim 14 SEUs under Category B for attending this training. Read more on SEUs here
For those who are PMPs, you can claim 14 PDUs that cover all five process areas and all nine knowledge areas of the PMBOK on PMI’s website.
This also qualifies as 14 of the required 21 contact hours necessary to qualify as a candidate for the PMI-ACP test.

Business Agility Foundations (ICAgile ICP-BAF) is delivered virtually over the course of 4 weeks.
We meet online using Zoom for live video sessions. And, each weekly session is 3 hours long.
Between each session, you will have homework assigned to you at the end of each weekly session that is to be completed prior to the next session.
If everyone agrees, we also offer an audio recording of the session and make it available to you for offline consumption.
There are advantages to both the formats: in-person and online workshops.
Virtual (online, remote) workshops can be equally effective, if not better, than the in-person workshop. You just need a trainer/facilitator that is experienced in delivering the online workshop.
We employ various tools to create a very experiential training. We have incorporated various activities and games to facilitate exploration and experimentation in collaboration with your fellow learners.

Yes, you need to attend all the sessions; more importantly, be present and participate during those sessions. At the end of the last session, we will submit you for ICAgile Business Agility Foundations Certification (ICAgile ICP-BAF). There is no test/exam for this certification (as of now).
Yes, you just have to complete additional homework if you miss a session, to cover the topics and learning objectives of the session you missed. Please let the instructor know as soon as you know about you missing the session, and request the make-up exercise.
Note: You cannot miss more than TWO sessions. If you miss more than two sessions, you will be dropped from the certification program and you will not get a refund as it will be considered as a late withdrawal.
