Agile Princeton is a community of agile practitioners and for anyone interested in agile principles and practices. Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, Test Driven Development, Product Ownership, and everything else that helps us minimize waste and maximize value delivery.

Our mission is to share knowledge, support each other, and increase agile adoption in and around Princeton Area. We will offer coaching and mentoring to those who are interested in becoming better at this craft.

Modus Operandi
We will meet in an informal, social setting using un-conference format, to have candid conversations about success stories, challenges, and roadblocks that we face as we go through our Agile Transformation journey!.

We will discuss whatever topics are of interest to the group, in order to share experiences both good and bad and help each other to tackle any challenges and puzzles we might be facing. Above all, it is about creating a peer support group. Needless to say that your attendance in person is very important.

What we expect from each one of you is:
