I am an Agile Coach, certified Kanban Coach as well as a Technical Product Manager working with DevOps, Software Development, and Telco and Mobility service delivery teams. I am an avid writer and speaker with a diverse background in Scrum, Agile, Kanban, DevOps and product management.
I have more than 17 years of IT experience working with companies like Redhat, MasterCard, Nestle Purina, Centurylink, Ameren, Redhat and now Cisco Systems, which have involved large-scale infrastructure adoptions involving CI/CD pipeline implementations and implementing cloud solutions.
I truly believe in being a servant leader, mentoring, coaching, and facilitating as well as advising and coaching leaders. My ultimate purpose is to create cross-functional, self-organizing, enthusiast teams and interdependent networked services that are able to build great products or provide great services that delight their customers and satisfy stakeholders as well as help leaders to increase their leadership maturity and drive their organizations to agile and business agility maturity.
In my leisure time, I love to Scuba dive, read, listen to piano jazz, travel, build things with raspberry pis, powerlift, writing, collaborating on a variety of technical projects, mentoring, doing a little hip hop dancing, and spending time with my family in Maryland Heights, Missour.
