There is no exam for either ICP-ATF or ICP-ACC. Completing this workshop, and accepting the license agreement designates you as an ICP-ATF and ICP-ACC agile coach.
Once you complete this workshop, we will register your attendance with the ICAgile portal, after which you will receive an email with your certification.

Instructor Bio
Nimesh is a Coach, Mentor, Trainer, Author, and an Enterprise Transformation Consultant mentoring organizations in transition to value-driven approaches. He has been a key architect of transformation at various organizations including some of the Fortune 500 companies.
Being pragmatic, to drive transformation at an organization, he often mixes his agile expertise and common sense approach, making it visual with illustrations and drawing so that it creates lasting impact.
Nimesh is ICAgile authorized instructor, with ICP-ACC himself. He is also a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC/CSC) and has helped various organizations as well as individuals on their transformation journey.

This is in-person workshop. We meet for FOUR days and dive into experiential learning!
You learn by doing! Doing activities, playing games, and collaborating with your co-learners.
You can claim 24 SEUs under Category B for attending this training. Read more on SEUs here
Those who are PMPs can claim 24 PDUs for this training.
This training allows you to claim 24 PDUs which cover all five process areas and all nine knowledge areas of the PMBOK on PMI’s website.
This also qualifies as 21 of the required 21 contact hours necessary to qualify as a candidate for the PMI-ACP test.
We will provide you with more information after the last session of this workshop.
You need to attend all the sessions; more importantly, be present and participate during those sessions. At the end of the last session, we will submit you for ICAgile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) and Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC).
There is no test/exam for this certification (as of now).
Yes, you will just have to complete additional homework if you miss a session, to cover the topics and learning objectives of the session you missed. Please let the instructor know as soon as you know about you missing a session, and request the make-up exercise.
Note: You cannot miss more than ONE session. If you miss more than one session, you will be dropped from the certification program and you will not get a refund as it will be considered as a late withdrawal.
